We currently have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer with direct experience in any of the following areas: Heavy Industrial, Power Generation or Petro Chemical for Teton Industrial Construction. Position Requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years experience. Monitoring and assisting in the implementation of the quality control, and safety and environment programs. Responsibilities of project coordinator and field engineer. Material procurement and expediting. Liaising with owner, client, consultant and public. Coordinating and reviewing drawings, submissions, specifications, changes and document control. Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of the project schedule and costing system. Preparing and tracking progress claims and estimates. Change management - responsible for set-up, issuing documentation, pricing and change administration. Subcontract administration - defining scope of work, answering enquiries, monitoring progress, tracking and processing backcharges. Designing of temporary works and inspection. Project close-out - involved in coordinating documentation (deficiencies, warranties, maintenance and final payments). Inventory control - monitoring and tracking of equipment and resources. Supervising, mentoring, coaching and training of engineering staff. Selecting and termination of engineering staff. Based either in the office or more preferably in the field, assists in the management and coordination of the technical and administrative requirements of a project.
