New startup is seeking a National Sales Manager.
Minimum requirements (please do not apply if you don't meet these requirements):
- 36+ months of professional business to business sales experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Associates degree or higher
- Must have at least 2 years experience selling on a national scale
IDEAL CANDIDATE In addition to the minimum requirements, the ideal candidate will be:
- Highly motivated, a self-starter
- An exceptional communicator
- Extremely organized and will have tremendous follow up
- Able to show past examples of success in sales
POSITION DETAILS
- Starting base of $3,500/month paid in addition to commissions. To increase to $5,000 in months that 10 or more new accounts are added, and to $7,000 in months that 20 or more accounts are added. Base pay raised annually to adjust for inflation.
- Commissions of 27% of install fees (installs range between $3,600 and $7,100)
- Target is to add an average of 13 new accounts per month during the first year, an average of 31 per month during the second year, and an average of 91 through the third year
- There will be a good deal of travel involved
- Will have a healthy advertising budget to work with
