SUMMARY
The Team Manager plans, coordinates, and directs the support service delivery on one or more client account teams. Reporting to the Account Manager, this position takes the lead role in managing daily client support delivery for their team(s). This position is directly measured by the success of her/his team specific production objectives, performance against goals, quality level, and employee development and retention. Indirectly, working with other TM’s and the Account Manager, the Team Manager plays an integral role in the overall performance and profitability of the account.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises a staff of representatives

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred; or at least two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
