Overview: A Team Sales Customer Service Representative for Sport Chalet will provide a variety of services to customers, vendors and our outside sales team. The ideal candidate will enjoy an office atmosphere, be friendly and hard working with the ability to multi-task and be motivated by a challenge! Sport Chalet Team Sales sells all of the best brands in athletic apparel, footwear and equipment.
Responsibilities: *Interact with our Team Sales Reps and Production team to ensure timely completion of Team Sales orders
*Order entry, editing and research
*Maintain effective face-to-face and over the phone communication with the Team Sales Representatives, Production Team, Manufacturers and Vendors
Skills/ Requirements: *The ideal candidate must have a friendly, outgoing personality and be driven to satisfy customers!
*Computer literate - Microsoft Office
*Excellent follow up and communication skills
*Able to follow and maintain multiple projects
*Ability to collaborate with others in an office environment
*Motivated self starter; team player
