JOB TITLE: Bankruptcy Processing
Location: Mendota Heights,MN
Assignment: Full Time, Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm, Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $12.00-$14.00 DOQ

THE RIGHT STAFF has an opportunity for the right person to work with our client in the financial processing industry. This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot in the door with a fast-growing company looking to staff their teams with motivated team players.

DESCRIPTION/DUTIES: In this position, your primary responsibilities include:
Detailed review of bankruptcy and foreclosure files for discrepancies; professional communication with legal personnel regarding file status; updating files with information from attorneys and/or trustees; issue research and resolution; entering payment ledgers in MS Excel.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills
* Ability to work collaboratively on problem resolution and creative thinking
* Professional demeanor and quick learner, able to multi-task and must be able to adjust to change easily
* Ability to take direction and work with a minimum of supervision to meet company deadlines

** Mortgage, banking or financial processing experience strongly preferred. **

Educational Requirements:
H.S. Diploma or GED required, Bachelors Degree preferred.
