Click Here to Apply OnlineWe are currently seeking an Associate Director Communication E-Audit to create and implement a multi-year communications strategy for the global roll-out of eAudIT.
Responsibilities:
* Create and implement a global communications plan for eAudIT, KPMGs next generation Audit tool
* Build global communications program with tools such as a global audit newsletter, Web sites and Global Head of Audit e-mail messaging, develop strategy for and implement global communications program; resources include global network of Audit marketing and communications professionals in member firms around the world and global liaison partners
* Coordinate regular calls with Audit country heads on the topic of managing through the current economic conditions, leveraging the information on that call, and help to ensure that follow-up/action items are adhered to
* Develop plan to include awareness building, generating excitement about the new product and a focus on change management, such as dispelling myths about the product since this is a new product and process
* Identify proactive opportunities to promote eAudIT and the GSC on a global scale
* Identify, generate, and contribute messaging that can be featured in a range of internal and external publications
* Build network of communications professionals in each global region to help identify the best methods of communicating messages: for example - understanding that what works in one country does not always work in another country
* Provide high-quality strategic advice and tactical assistance on communication strategies, tools and vehicles to the GSC leadership team to promote eAudIT and the GSC: for example including creating compelling messaging that helps to ensure a positive perception of the GSC among KPMG partners and employees that ultimately results in increased interest in rotational positions there
Qualifications:
* Ten years or more of communications or marketing experience
* Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Finance or Business Administration; MBA or other advanced degree is a strong plus
* Track record in managing the communications of the roll out of a new product to a global or national audience
* Understanding of various communications vehicles and functions including marketing, Web/electronic communications, internal communications, and corporate communications
* Able to travel to Montvale, NJ 50 percent annually
* Experience in a matrix professional services organization is preferred
* Organizational skills to drive projects to a successful conclusion
* Able to manage multiple tasks in high-pressure environment
* Detail-oriented and able to take a project from initiation to completion
* Experience in change management communications methods
* Ability to absorb large amounts of information and distill into compelling and clear messaging
* Possess a style and presence that enables him/her to function comfortably with various leadership levels of the firm including Chief Operating Officer, Global Audit, and Global Head of Audit Methodology and Implementation.
* Excellent proofreading and editorial skills
