Insurance Coordinator - Must be Bilingual Spanish/English


The South End Community Health Center is currently seeking an Insurance Coordinator. This position assists patients with the Mass Health / Free Care applications for eligibility, redetermination and recent disenrollment. Verify private insurances eligibility. Assist with the retention of existing HMO's members at the site. High School Diploma or equivalent experience, minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a health care or managed care organization. Knowledgeable of Mass Health application process. Ability to multi-task. Good telephone, organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills. Flexible and ability to work evenings. Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
