PRG Real Estate Management, Inc. Rapidly expanding East Coast property owner seeks professionals with strong verbal and written skills for desirable multi-family communities in South East Nashville.

We are currently hiring for a Bilingual Leasing Agent/Marketing Representative, preferably someone fluent in both English and Spanish. The Leasing Agent position focuses on leasing apartment homes through the use of developed marketing strategies and polished external communication skills. As a Marketing Representative you will be working with our prospective residents and executing marketing programs at our community. Strong communication, organization, computer and people skills are the foundations for success in this position. As a Leasing Agent you will gain endless transferable experience, learn PRG's sophisticated sales techniques, and play a key role in developing and implementing the monthly marketing plan, designing new marketing materials and strategies, and preparing new advertising and direct mail campaigns. You will be expected to know your market inside out, including the strengths and weaknesses of our competition. You'll work directly with an experienced Property Manager and the benefits of PRG's extensive resources behind you. If you are successful, you will be an excellent candidate for promotion to Marketing Director and/or a perfect candidate for our Property Manager in Training Program.
