1800Tarjetas.com a 2 year old company in Wayne/Wanaque area of northern New Jersey is looking for a bilingual English/Spanish CSR . Anything related to the customers needs is communicated via the CSR to the appropriate department. The objective of a CSR is to service existing accounts, develop a close working relationship with the customers, Reps and qualify new accounts with the goal of increasing 1800tarjetas market share and sales volume.

In order to accomplish the goal and be an effective CSR, specific knowledge must be gained in the following areas:

Excellent phone, computer and interpersonal skills. A bright, friendly, positive, and energetic personality, exceptional interpersonal skills, passion for learning, strong work ethic, team spirit, charisma, high energy, enthusiasm and creative initiative are musts. Ability to multi-task and prioritized in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Fast and accurate data entry skills. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers. Proven listening and analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to obtain key information and resolve complex service problems. Detail-oriented and organize. Enjoy working in a positive environment with fabulous clientele. Performs other related duties as assigned. Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be bilingual English/Spanish. Must have a least 1 year of CSR experience or more Must have reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position requires long periods of sitting behind a desk.
