Bilingual in English and Spanish. Stable work history. Experience working with Claimants in personal injury. Background in Excel and Word. Strong Customer Service Skills. Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred. Temporary Position with a possibility of going permanent. Must understand Personal Injury plaintiff law from beginning to end. This person will be doing some pre-suit (handling cases settling out of court), but most of their work will be Litigation (handling those cases going to trial).

Do NOT APPLY if you do not have legal experience. MUST HAVE at least two (2) years of experience in personal injury and litigation.
