The successful candidate will provide analytical support and ongoing administration of CRC accounts. This individual may have primary or secondary responsibility for assigned assets. Capital Recovery Corporation (CRC) personnel are involved in administration and resolution of credits that have been identified as criticized or classified assets under the OCC and bank risk rating guidelines. CRC personnel handle credits directly to reduce PNC's risk of loss.
The CRC Underwriter II obtains approval for asset strategies on a timely basis. Implements and manages action plan until asset is resolved. Obtains approval for changes in action plan and updates management as to status periodically. Participates in or negotiates directly with all parties required in the workout and/or disposition strategy. This position is responsible for maintaining the asset in accordance with PNC and regulatory policies, procedures and controls. The CRC Underwriter II will maintain files and MIS system on assigned assets in accordance to company policies and procedures. This individual will review, understand and comply with PNC and regulatory policies, procedures and controls affecting this function. In addition, the preparation of budget on assigned assets is an ongoing responsibility.
Skills:
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
Bachelors Degree - Business, Finance or Accounting
5+ years experience
Demonstrated negotiation and underwriting/analysis skills
Effective written and oral communication skills
Microsoft Office
Self-motivated and proficient in time management skills
