The costs must be accurate and allocated to the correct job as this reflects on the fidelity of CTB's financial system. This position is also responsible for creating and posting Journal entries into the Lawson system, opening and monitoring job numbers, along with other administrative tasks.   Check and investigate incorrect records and submits all Corporate feeds/ miscellaneous feeds to the cost accounting system Opens and closes job number for custom, deferred, prepublication and other projects that are being tracked in the cost accounting management information system Inputs journal entries into the Lawson system and various other transactions that  need to be reflected in the General Ledger or cost accounting management information system Track status of  pre-contract authorized job numbers Research invoice anomalies  and other administrative tasks to support the custom contract team Required : Minimum two years experience in accounting related field Knowledge of the Cost Accounting Management Information system preferred Minimum 1 year with account reconciliation and processing experience Basic oral and written communication skills Beginning to Intermediate Proficiency Word, Outlook, Access and Internet Required.
