Expert Staffing (713)856-7132 is currently seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead structural design work related to jackets, topsides and subsea structures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Will be required to lead all structural design work related to offshore and subsea structure design and analysis.
• Experienced in offshore / subsea structural design related to jackets, topsides, subsea protection structures, manifolds etc.
• Should be able to plan and execute work.
• Preparation of proposals & specifications
• Good experience with the structural design software SACS.
• Experienced with all offshore design codes and requirements
• Experienced in finite element analysis techniques
• ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK CLEAR ENGLISH AND HAVE A THOROUGH UNDERSTANDING OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE

Education:
• Bsc / Msc
• Minimum of 5 years experience

Summary of Conditions:
• 40 hrs / week
• Length of project: 12 month Contract with option to become a permanent employee after 12 months
• Start: ASAP
• Location: The Netherlands
• Salary: To Be Discussed

Vacation, housing, travel allowance:
• 30 days paid leave, paid holidays and paid sick days
• 8 % Bonus over the gross salary paid in May (aka “Vacation money”)

After being hired by our client and arriving in the Netherlands our client will make sure that there will be a fully furnished apartment available. If for any reason the hired person is unhappy with the apartment, he or she can choose their own living quarters.
