Our wide and diverse audience for Xbox and for Xbox LIVE is continuing to grow, and with that an exciting opportunity to evolve and grow our customer relationship management and marketing program. We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager with deep experience in the timely development, execution and measurement of highly targeted customer acquisition programs. Your experience will include knowledge of customer acquisition models along with expertise in evaluating and analyzing data to accurately target potential customers. You will manage outreach through digital direct marketing programs, social networks and online communities, Internet programming, event and partner marketing, inserts, packaging, etc. You will be responsible for seamless integration with overarching consumer and brand marketing campaigns and messages across multiple channels, including Xbox.com and the Xbox 360 console dashboard. You will be expected to consistently evaluate and track CRM industry trends to ensure that our programs are comparable to best practice standards. Key Responsibilities include: Campaign Planning & Execution - Responsible for working with agencies to conceptualize and manage consumer-facing acquisition programs. This includes overseeing the creative and production processes and successful execution and measurement. Cross-group Collaboration: Ability to work seamlessly across multiple teams to drive results. Work with product marketing, brand managers, and web property producers/editors to create seamless campaigns that meet business group objectives for Xbox 360 purchase and Xbox LIVE subscription. Campaign Analysis: Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, draw insights and present results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps. Customer Focus: Working with our development, marketing and customer service teams, maintain a customer focused attitude toward activities, focusing on those that most strongly contribute towards acquiring new customers for the Xbox 360 console and Xbox LIVE. Ideal candidate will have: 5-7 years' related experience in marketing communications disciplines, such as RM, DM, analytics marketing, loyalty marketing, and online marketing Strong understanding of Integrated Marketing Communications strategies and tactics; familiarity with marketing systems and tools and analytical models is helpful Experience managing agency relationships Ability to understand marketing data and analysis and develop campaign recommendations from these insights Ability to work cross group and drive results across external and internal constituents Effective verbal, written and presentation skills both internally and externally Self-motivated, creative, collaborative and interested in emerging trends Experience developing and delivering marketing plans to senior executive management Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred carry an BS in Marketing or relevant field.
