We're looking for a strong business leader to help develop our strategy for driving Windows Mobile usage in the business segment. In this role you will: Drive business strategy for our enterprise service offerings with mobile operators. This includes driving development of the business case through creation and execution of the end-to-end offers for customers. Engage with mobile operator and OEM partners to establish the initial program and pave the way for scalable rollout and seamless hand-off to internal partners to drive worldwide execution with operators and other partners. Lead a cross-divisional v-team across disciplines to drive all aspects of program planning and execution. Qualifications include an MBA and a minimum of 10 years experience in marketing, strategy, or business development in a technology company. Skills required include: Break-through business thinking including the ability to develop and articulate a convincing business case Excellent communications skills and the ability to sell your ideas Comfort with ambiguity and ability to synthesize many complex elements into a crisp and simple yet robust story Exceptional project management and ability to coach others in project management Strong interpersonal, communications, and negotiations skills Outstanding cross-group collaboration and v-team leadership - a person who others want to follow Results orientation -- Comfort in balancing speed and precision, measuring results, and course correcting as needed Understanding of communications sector, mobile operator experience, specific industry experience a plus
