Job Descriptions:
Responsible for patient care and communication as an advocate between patients and their nurse’s and/or family and doctors. Responsible for making patient charts, updating charts, and documenting all care and vital signs in the meditech system. Assist nurses with daily tasks relating to patients and their care. Also responsible for bathing patients that are unable to take care of themselves, perform ventilator care and any other needed services.
