Location: Roanoke, VA MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR
A DIRECT-HIRE POSITION WITH BENEFITS
LOCATION: ROANOKE, VIRGINIA
SALARY: $50K
JOB SUMMARY:
Supervise daily operations on the assigned shift or department. Handle work assignments for employees, schedule overtime, analyze equipment problems, issue work orders. Correct inventory errors, tracking problems, handle discipline issues. Explain instructions.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

BS degree preferred. High School Diploma required.
Experience in manufacturing supervision
Spreadsheets, Access, PROMIS
Able to write reports and understand inventory reconciliation.
Able to understand statistical tools
Train lead operator on productioon tasks
Work well in a team environment and lead project teams
Must be US citizen
Able to obtain and keep US Government security clearance.
