To be successful, you need to be able to guide their careers, share the best development practices, collaborate with your peers, contribute to the vision, and code significant portions of the solution yourself. If you're passionate about improving people, building web services, writing stored procedures, creating good object oriented designs, employing design patterns, defining scalable platform architectures, building creative user experiences, working tip-to-tail on all tiers of a web application, and you have deep demonstrable experience with most of the following technologies: C# (C++ or Java is acceptable), SQL, WS (REST, SOAP, REST-RPC), XML, Silverlight, Flash, AJAX/JScript/XHTML, ASP.NET/IIS, then we want to hear from you.
