Position Summary: The Manager, Interactive Communications develops and manages the content, functions and design of the Wolf Trap Foundation website. This position works collaboratively across the Foundation to develop strategies that accomplish organizational objectives via the website and other online and interactive spaces. This position will also oversee the production of email marketing campaigns.

Qualifications: Successful candidates will have a BA/BS in a related field and 2 years experience in development & maintaining arts or entertainment programming content. Candidates must have working knowledge of telecommunications platforms used to create & distribute information via the Internet; proven strategic communication and writing skills; strong technical skills, including experience using Sitecore or other .NET content management system, knowledge of CSS & the ability to code pages to XHTML standards; knowledge of web design principles; and basic knowledge of server configuration and SQL. Candidates should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as excellent organization and inter-personal skills.
