PART TIME TO FULL TIME as needed according to work load. Will start part time with hours approximately 3:00pm-7:00pm, Monday-Friday & 6:00am-8:00am Saturday mornings. When our plants begin running 24 hours and we get into our busy season (approximately May/June) the position would be full time. Hours would be determined at that time.

DUTIES: Would work with the HR Manager and one full time HR Assistant.

Duties could include: Help with staffing of a 24-hour operation for all shifts, seasonal in nature. Will work closely with shift supervisors to ensure crews are staffed for the most efficient operation for both the farm and the plant. Will be responsible for orientation for new and returning employees, including all paperwork. Daily translation employee to employee, employee to managers both spoken and written. Random and varied other duties as assigned.

Requires: Bilingual Spanish/English. Ability to tolerate and work in heat, cold, wet and varied weather conditions on occasion. Excellent communication, both spoken and written. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft office suite, with excellent attention to detail.

Job hours will vary, during peak season work hours may be greater than 40 a week, during off season hours maybe less than 20. Preference will be given to candidates with a human resources or manufacturing background, and experience in a bilingual work environment. If you are recent graduate or a student, we may be able to work around your schedule.
