Click Here to Apply Online Job Description: Manage client relationships and accounts from the point of sale, through the life of the account. This role serves as the primary liaison between Next Jump and the client. Implement, promote and manage Next Jump's programs and relationships to further develop business opportunities across the organization. Serve as the link between the various internal departments within Next Jump, while effectively responding to the external needs of clients.
Responsibilities: General client advocate - research and understand the client's business, challenges, and identify opportunities for NxJ Achieve NxJ P&L objectives for each client (tracking and improving core metrics including users, sessions, go shops and client revenue) Drive new client-funded revenue initiatives such as new RADs, analytics, research and marketing services (email, etc.) Maximize client involvement and marketing/communication support to promote the NxJ program to its employees/members/customers Achieve client business objectives including usage levels, compensation levels and integration/segmentation goals Manage contract issues including addendums, extensions and renewals Expand the breadth and depth of NxJ products and programs with the client Achieve a superior program satisfaction rating among users and the client Maintain overall knowledge of all NxJ client related activity and communication, ensuring smooth transitions from phase to phase of client lifecycle. Coordinate appropriate internal NxJ resources to achieve NxJ and client goals Preparing and analyzing client presentations and reporting
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree 4-6 years experience in an account management or sales role Sales experience a plus Experience in the benefits, rewards, marketing or internet industries a plus Strong client relationship, account management and client interface skills necessary Exceptional communication, organization, time management skills Driven self-starter with a proactive approach to work Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Internet savvy
