Click Here to Apply Online The Clinical Program Coordinator functions as a leader of a school-based mental health team and is responsible for: *Supervision of treatment services to target population *Hiring and supervision of clinical staff *Training of staff and interns *Grant writing every three years for renewal of contract that funds the school-based program *Writing status reports yearly to the City of Santa Monica *30% (12 hrs/wk) direct service to children/adolescents and families *Providing trainings and Presentations to the community about pertinent mental health issues impacting youth
The team collaborates with two middle schools, a continuation high school, and a youth center all located in the City of Santa Monica.
Requirements: Licensed LCSW or Licensed Psychologist in the State of CA 3-5 years experience in community mental health setting with families 2 years experience administrative and clinical supervision Must demonstrate cultural competency, strong assessment skills, and child-centered/family-focused treatment skills.

A Plus: Experience in grant writing Comfortable speaking in Spanish.
