Job Summary: Informatica Identity Resolution is the pioneer in enabling organizations to build and maintain high-quality identity data search and matching software solutions. Informatica Identity Resolution develops and markets software products that significantly enhance an organization's ability to search, find, match, and group identity data within its computer systems and network databases. The Company provides specialist services to assist organizations with the design, implementation, and use of its products for local and international markets, as well as for multi-national corporations. Core Responsibilities: Responsible for driving sales activities to meet or exceed sales quota. Receive, qualify and process inbound calls and electronic communication. Representative will assist the managing and forecasting sales opportunities within their assigned areas. Representative will effectively communicate product features and benefits to end-user prospects. Representative will be expected to develop, maintain and improve personal knowledge of the company's products and associated searching & matching technologies. Sustains high levels of customer service to potential & existing customers. Assist in proposal development including solution overview & detail, pricing proposals etc Manage and develop sales opportunities within existing and new customers, grow relationships and expand sales with existing enterprise clients Interface and collaborate with Sales Consulting, Marketing, R&D, and other Informatica departments as needed. Work effectively in a team environment to achieve superior sales excellence on all customer interactions globally. Skills & Requirements: Proven track record achieving objectives Demonstrated success in building and developing sales opportunities Highly motivated and self-driven to meet and exceed assigned sales tasks. Able to organize and schedule tasks, to develop realistic action plans Able to communicate with others in a professional and helpful manner while simultaneously building credibility and rapport. Able to clearly and effectively present information through the spoken and written word. Presents assertive, confident verbal communication over the telephone.
