THE RIGHT STAFF has an opportunity to work for a local non-profit organization within the Twin Cities!

DESCRIPTION/DUTIES: In this position, your primary responsibilities include: Making outbound cold calls to contact local business owners and corporate executives to invite them to participate in exciting, community-wide events to raise funds for local families! This work environment is honest and casual but is geared toward getting maximum results! With this position the expectations are to make 200 phone calls a day and recruit 40 people a day! This contract position is first shift from 9:00am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.


REQUIREMENTS:
·Must have outbound sales experience!
·Must have experience with quotas and daily goals.
·Must be highly motivated and outgoing.
·Must be able to pass a background check!
