Universal Delaware, a growth oriented fuel company, is currently hiring for a Retail Accounting - Cash Management Team Leader in our New Castle, DE corporate office.



Essential Functions:



Reconciliation of bank and credit card receipts, disbursements, payroll, cash deposits and EFT vendors
ACH recording
Tracking credit card settlements, daily deposits and Trendar deposits
Cash forecasts
Check scanning
Verification of required detail on all paperwork processed
Prepaid expense schedule
Set up new vendors, enter invoices and issue checks for payment of invoices
Rental income




Requirements


Experience:



B.S. in Accounting preferred with at least 5 years of recent retail accounting experience with directly related experience in these essential functions.



Incumbent must be able to work in a fast-paced and growing organization. Strong time management skills with ability to meet deadlines and multiple priorities.
