for both Medicare supplement and Medicare advantage members. 260,000 member lives. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: establishes policies, practices and efficient/effective procedures. Develops specific work plans and implements to accomplish operational results. Management duties include hiring, training, coaching, counseling and evaluating performance of 25 direct reports. Accountable for budget and quality oversight. Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills:
BA/BS equivalent combination of education and experience 3-5 years of enrollment and billing management experience preferred but will accept one year in professional leadership role. Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills along with analytical ability, technical aptitude and strong PC capabilities. Ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time. 1 year Performance Management experience required. Excellent knowledge of Medicare and CMS required. Knowledge of Workforce Management a plus. Budget and quality oversight experience required. Exempt position requires 8 hours per day.
