Responsible for assisting with the translation of business needs into business process improvement recommendations and/or application software requirements for Individual Business at the enterprise level. Essential duties include but are not limited to: Responsible for generating process improvements that bring about measurable improvement in quality and or efficiency. Translates business requirements to technical staff to ensure that requirements are incorporated into system design. Serves as key contact for researching and implementing solutions and tools for new systems and other key operation improvements to achieve department objectives across multiple regions and systems. Coordinates efforts of process experts, lead, operations experts and/or managers on process improvement issues. Possesses understanding of enterprise business processes and systems capability. Participates in developing and/or modifying requirements, business design specifications, process improvements, workflow, user training and documentation. Represents the department on process improvement teams, special projects and implementation of new technology. Review/analyze monthly workload reports to ensure goals are on-target across all operation sites. Identify areas of concern and implement corrective plans if necessary. Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills:
Requires a BS/BA degree, 9 years of related business experience that includes knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Experience should include work flow design and data analysis and/or systems automation. Excellent written and oral communication, analytical skills, organizational, planning and PC skills.
