Receives, reviews and codes payable invoices after verifying their accuracy.
Performs data entry of payable information.
Maintains files with complete payment history for each purchase order and associated statements and correspondence.
Contacts vendors and General Office personnel to resolve billing discrepancies and other problems related to delivery of goods.
Audits incomplete purchase orders.

Qualifications:
Accuracy, computer literacy, and organizational skills are essential in this position.
Ability to use PC and 10-key calculator.
Ability to work as part of a team.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
