Click Here to Apply Online JOB SUMMARY: The Media Theatre is seeking an experienced marketing and sales professional to oversee all aspects of marketing activities and revenue generation for its programs. This individual will be a member of the executive staff, an active member of the Board of Director's Marketing Committee and work collaboratively with the Artistic Director, Board Members and other members of the staff in developing new fund sources and maximizing established ones. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Plan, execute and manage an overall annual Marketing plan for all programming at the Media Theatre including but not limited to the Broadway series, Children's Series, Educational programs and fundraising events that optimizes revenue obtainment while supporting the Theatre's charter and increasing brand awareness. This plan needs to be consistent with meeting, if not exceeding, the Board Approved Annual Financial Budget. - Identify and Cultivate New Sources for both Individual Donor and Corporate Sponsorships, leveraging existing Theatre Relationships and in support of Board Member's networks and relationships - Develop, execute and manage specific marketing campaigns around each of the Theatre's programs to drive both maximum attendance and overall revenue obtainment. Oversee all aspects of season subscription and renewal campaigns, including direct mail and telemarketing. - Oversee the development of the group ticket sales program and all other ticket sales programs, including pricing promotions; monitor and report on results, leveraging existing box office staff. - Collaborate with the Public Relations Director to optimally drive the Marketing communications effort in support of the annual Marketing plan and Program campaigns. Work closely with PR in establishing positive contacts across all appropriate media outlets to increase brand awareness, drive ticket sales and support the Theatre's charter. - Collaborate with the Parent's Committee Chairperson for appropriate resource allocation across all marketing events that require volunteer staffing - Manage and collaborate with the Administrative Staff on the coordination, development and production of all marketing materials including website, subscription brochures, print ads, radio ads, posters, signs, electronic media advertising, telemarketing scripts, newsletters, flyers, and special promotional materials as needed. - Manage and actively participate in successful marketing events outside of the Theatre, such as weekend City/County Street Festivals, etc - Maintain a Front of House Presence at all key programming and fund raising events as directed by the Executive Director - Maintain all appropriate files, documentation and accounting related information for the Marketing Department in compliance with Theatre policies and procedures - Complete all other tasks as assigned by the Theatre's Executive Director in the full support of the operational needs of the Theatre
