A leading player in the Oracle application category is seeking a sales professional in your area. They are one of the Oracle's oldest and largest partners and are considered a premier provider of Oracle consulting and hosting services. In addition they can deliver managed services, remote DBA services and Disaster Recovery. Their customer list includes many of the Fortune 1000 companies throughout the Tri-State Area.

Position Description:
The position is responsible for new business development within existing and new accounts. Specific functions include:
* Develop initial relationships with prospects at executive level
* Develop unique sales strategy for each opportunity and lead team through all phases of sales cycle
* Submit pricing approval request for management approval
* Create and deliver managed hosting proposals
* Develops total-cost-of-ownership and ROI models
* Effectively communicate the “Big Picture” Oracle solutions and services to clients and prospects
On target compensation is 220,000.00 and base comp is in the 100,000 range. Base is negotiable depending on relevant experience. Average reps earned 240,000 last year.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have a background selling professional services specific to Oracle applications and products. Other requirements include:
* College Degree
* 5( ) years of successful business to business sales experience
* Willingness to travel 25%-50%
* Ability to accurately forecast business and revenue
* Comfortable prospecting for new business
* Ability to manage a complex cycle with multiple decision makers
