The web developer/producer is responsible for growing and maintaining Housing Works online. In addition to our expression engine based homepage (housingworks.org), Housing Works also runs its own, Coldfusion based, online auctions and ecomerce site which has generated more than $3 million dollars in revenue since it opened just 3 years ago

Skills:
The web developer/producer is responsible for:

Developing back-end website components for all online properties
Working with other departments to develop front-end content/components, including a series of company and client blogs
Streamlining the ecommerce posting processes to allow team to post more items faster
Evolve customer ecommerce experience as online inventory grows
Improving existing and new email campaigns
Intergrating dynamic content such as video
Troubleshoot and bug fix existing systems
Working with Salesforce.com developer to bring customer and client data to the website
Training and support for online content producers throughout the agency
