Highway Engineers. Responsibilities include design and contract document preparation for highway improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with PennDOT design procedures. Qualified candidates for the engineering positions will meet the following criteria: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering * 3-10 years of experience in the design of highways and roads * E.I.T. or P.E. for Pennsylvania preferred. All candidates will have proficiency in basic MS Office software * strong written and verbal communication skills * familiarity with the field’s concepts, practices and procedures * proficiency in Microstation and/or AutoCAD.
