Duties Include:

· Hire, train, and provide ongoing supervision of sales representatives; including goal setting and monitoring production.

· Prospect and sell our full suite of bankcard products and services including debit and credit cards to retailers, wholesalers, and service providers.

· Achieve sales goals through referral generation and networking.

· Secure and renew existing service contracts focusing on long-term obligations and renewals through effective negotiating.

· Answer inquiries, resolve escalated issues, identify, develop, and finalize sales, follow-up on additional cross-selling opportunities.



Minimum Requirements:

· Valid drivers license, valid insurance, and a reliable automobile for the minimum 50% travel time required.

· Three (3) years of experience selling credit/debit cards or payment processing services to companies in a management position.

· Knowledge of banking products, MasterCard/Visa rules and regulations, technical contract language, credit policies, and product conversions.
