We are currently looking to fill a positions as Electronic Board Repair Technician.
Under general direction, analyze, troubleshoot and repair complex technical problems on a broad product line of standard equipment and/or circuit boards to the component level using high-level technical skills. May train and give work direction to other technicians. Prepare diagnostic quotations and estimates on repairs based on established guidelines. Initiate request for supplies and materials. May service or calibrate departmental electronic test equipment. Contributes to overall training and support level of the Repair Department.
• Receive and record defective parts from warehouse
• Schedule workload using the stock quantity level visually checked each morning
• Determine which parts are needed; clean and repair the parts
• Receive a repair report (RWO) for each part as it is brought in for repair
• Complete repair or put parts on hold
• Complete repair report and make “ERO” tag or RGA report to be put on the part for future reference
• Return completed parts to the warehouse staging area for restock
• Perform modifications and ECO changes to parts and equipment as required for good customer support
• Assist in maintaining the Repair parts inventory and support supplies
• Design and build the necessary test jigs and equipment to fully test defective parts in a faster and more efficient manner
• Participate in all company sponsored activities, including suggestion program quality training, etc.
• Perform other duties as required

Salary 12-16 per hour.
