This position will work for the ERP and Corporate Applications Manager and will be responsible for the design, development, upgrade, maintenance and production support of the Oracle/JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP and all related interfaces and systems.  The position will work with the JD Edwards internal users to foster innovation, provide business automation expertise and recommend cost-effective technology solutions for the enterprise business partners. The Senior Corporate/ERP Applications Analyst will design and develop new and modified functionality, reports, forms, and interface systems in support of Finance/Accounting, Tax, Human Resources, Purchasing, Payroll and other corporate departments.  The position will also support corporate application improvement/development projects to ensure successful fulfillment of end-user requirements, accurate testing, training development and quality implementations.
 
Essential Job Duties
 - Partner with business units to understand requirements and create product designs/solutions that meet or exceed their needs. -Define software and reporting solutions which offer innovative design to enhance the overall business process -Effectively develop and document detailed functional specifications that bridge business requirements and system functionally -Develop system process flows, logical and physical designs, use cases, and diagrams to translate user requirements into software development or package configurations -Develop and configure JD Edwards modules according to business requirements -Develop test plans and scripts to ensure turnkey solutions to customers; perform testing of systems, applications and/or system interfaces  -  Create application supporting documents including security requirements, user manuals, training material, etc. -Effectively design and implement tools that will be used across the organization -Ensure Service Level Agreements for supported applications are met or exceeded -Provide production support for the JDE application and related systems and interfaces -Provide application support for the end users assisting them in effectively using the system and handling system related inquiries -Ensure all systems and procedures conform to Security policy through review and audits -Perform any other tasks that the company may reasonably ask you to perform
 

Required Skills, Education & Experience
  -   4+ years of direct experience in ERP implementations, upgrades, corporate business applications design and development -   4+ years experience implementing and supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Financials (A/R, A/P, G/L and Fixed Assets) and/or Human Capital Management/Payroll on release 8.9 or later -   4+ years experience working with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne toolset,   including Enterprise Report Writer, Form Design Aid, OMW and Workflow Design on tools release 8.93 or later   -   Experience with Oracle User Productivity Kit a plus -   Strong working experience and understanding of all phases of software and application development lifecycle -   Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment -   High level of professionalism, integrity and commitment to quality -   Excellent communication skills – verbal, written and listening -   Team player, willing to take on all tasks, large & small -   Excellent problem solving, analytical, and reporting skills -   Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience -   Ability to work non-standard hours -   Limited travel may be required
