The Windows Mobile Browser team is looking for a strong an experienced software test lead to own the team testing our next generation mobile internet developer tools and the underling document object models supporting those tools. You will be responsible for a team of test engineers building and testing the next generation IE mobile programming interfaces and tools. There will be significant interactions with the Desktop IE team and so you should have experience with working cross team on complex engineering initiatives. This position requires a strong passion for testing and a "love the customer" attitude to deliver a high quality developer tools. Qualifications: Test lead experience (5+ years) with track record of driving multiple products/versions from inception to delivery Strong technical domain knowledge of the internet browser space including protocols, standards, tools. Strong background in the Document Object Model and scripting languages and interfaces (Javascript) Strong development skills including strong knowledge of C++, objection orientation, and strong debugging skills Excellent team building skills and a proven track record of recruiting and retaining top development talent. Excellent communications skills both in team, across team, and with management. Helpful But Not Required Experience with mobile phone testing, cellular technologies or other embedded development Experience of processor architectures in addition to x86 such as ARM an advantage.
