Job description :
The Senior Director of Offshoring and Outsourcing will be responsible to develop and execute a strategic program to optimize and manage offshoring and outsourcing on a global scale. Day to day responsibilities include the following: Develop insource/outsource decision model to be implemented across the organization. Perform strategic sourcing and procurement for offshoring and outsourcing initiatives, including consulting various business lines. Manage supplier qualifiction process, development and execution of request for proposal (RFP), bid analysis, supplier, selection, contract development and negotiation. Support improvement of corporate outsourcing and offshoring policies and procedures. Analyze, identify and execute new and creative approaches, strategies and processes.

Who we are looking for :
MBA Required 5 years of experience Experience in Financial Services or IT industry. Ability to work independently with little or no supervision. Strong analytical, financial modeling, decision making and problem solving skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills
