Join a team working on alternative energy deployment, energy efficiency, and renewable energy programs in a variety of areas, for predominantly federal government clients. Focus on strategic planning, market analysis, program management, technology evaluation, and stakeholder communications. Perform strategic analysis for high visibility challenge areas. Act as a senior client interface and demonstrate business development skills in emerging client growth areas with a focus on Biomass R&D programs. Provide support to clients related to technology commercialization, strategic market analysis, and other related topics. Work in a team environment on a range of projects for multiple clients. This position is located in Washington, DC.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-10 years of experience with alternative energy deployment, renewable energy issues, and energy technologies
-Experience with biomass for fuel, power, and products and other renewable energy issues and technologies
-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with statistics or modeling
-Experience with the Department of Energy or other federal agencies preferred
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-BA or BS degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Finance, or Energy Technology preferred
-PE, LEED, or CEM Certification preferred
