Transition Services, Inc., a leading provider of alternative solutions for severance management, is looking to hire a Vice President of Sales. Located in Stamford, CT, the successful candidate will report to Elizabeth Corley, Senior Vice President and head of the business. TSI is seeking an experienced senior sales person who has a broad network of relationships with Compensation & Benefits Directors in the Fortune 1000 who can also act as a key client relationship manager. This individual will participate on strategic and operational levels. Responsibilities include:
* selling TSI's outsourced solution toseverance management to Fortune 1000 companies through:* educating the target market onalternatives to traditional severance to create new opportunities forbusiness
* developing relationships with targetclients so as to establish an advisor role
* ensuring that potential deals withprospects progress forward and close
* supporting marketing efforts byattending conferences and generating speaking opportunities
Key Candidate Criteria
* Fifteen years of overall experience in compensationand benefits with ten years of sales experience
* Excellent sales and marketing skills
* Strong analytical and computer skills
* Relevant strategic and technical skills combined withclient management capabilities
* Good organizational skills
* Ability to meet deadlines
* Solid track record as senior managerand effective communicator
* Advanced education in Human Resources,Business or Employment Law

Previously she was founding partner for Alder Associates, a consulting firm specializing in strategy implementation, leadership development and cultural transformation. She graduated from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music with a B.A. in Music.
