The role of the Document Solutions Account Executive is to protect and grow an assigned set of accounts, both FM (facility management) and non-FM. The key responsibilities include: * Account retention
* Revenue retention
* Achievement of revenue growth targets
* Customer relationship management
* Customer quarterly business review creation and delivery
* Up-selling of new applications within the account
* New buyer development within the assigned account base
* Work closely with the FM sales teams where appropriate
* Work with implementation team during the project implementation of new accounts
* Customer Satisfaction responsibility
* Work closely with operations to ensure that services are delivered in a timely manner with superb quality
* Meet with customers to determine customer requirements around new business opportunities
* Project management of one off applications
* Will be responsible for 15% growth of existing accountsThe ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: * Minimum 5-years experience selling project based document-outsourcing & print solutions solutions required.
* Proven sales performance track record.
* Ability to work with cross-functional team members
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in the use of MS Office products suite.
