Corporate Restructuring Consultants– Senior Associates to Managing Director Level

Ideal candidates for this position have 5 to 15 years or more consulting firm experience in financial and operational restructuring within court bankruptcy proceedings or in a critical turnaround situation. Consultants must have experience in working in an environment where time is vital, the cash bleeding needs to stop and decisions need to be made with the best information that is available. Some of the activities in this role will include:
• Development of short term cash flows (a must have in this position)
• Liquidity analysis and management
• 12 month debtor operating plan/pro forma financial statements
• Liquidation analyses and divestiture
• Creditor Negotiations
• Debt Renegotiations
• Balance Sheet Restructuring
• Asset, Product and Facility Rationalization
• Operational Turnaround
• Internal and external benchmarking
