A global high-technology marketing company requires a Receptionist to join its rapidly expanding team. The role will require the successful candidate to assist in the Administrative role of answering telephones, collecting daily mail, ordering office supplies, and assisting with the maintenance and further enhancement of our data resources across multiple platforms and regions.

The candidate must have excellent Communication skills as well as advanced knowledge of MS Excel. They must also be able to employ multiple techniques (including telephone based) in new data sourcing, validation and research.

This position is ideal for a candidate with past job experience requiring receptionist experience, organizational skills, research skills, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task.

Required Skills: Research oriented personality, attention to details, follow-up skills, excellent command of written English, and commitment to quality, self-motivation, problem-solving / time-management skills.

Computer Skills: Proficiency with PCs. Microsoft Office & Excel.
