* Develops integrated implementation plan that outlines key activities, resources, and timeline for migration activities. Ensure coordinated efforts across all IT and business initiatives including dependencies with key areas outside of immediate scope of core platforms (e.g., broker systems, medical management)
* Responsible for executing on migrations plan.
* Ensure resources from business and IT are secured and dedicated for migration efforts; ensure integration and coordination exists.
* Implement a governance process between the PMO, business and IT executives and the different work streams.
* Ensure tracking and reporting, resource analysis, financial analysis, risk management and IT project oversight for migration activities.
* Build effective partnerships with key leadership from all areas of the organization.


Skills:
BA/BS in a relevant field required. Master's degree preferred. 10 years of experience with significant large-scale project management and strategic planning in a relevant industry preferably at the executor director level or above required. Project Management & Migrations experience required. Blended Business and IT Background preferred. Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, including relationship management, persuasion and negotiation skills required. Strategic thinker with broad & deep understanding of the health care industry required. Excellent written & oral communication skills, including presentation skills required. Excellent financial and analytical skills required. Strong PC skills required. Strong planning and organizational skills required. Ability to interact effectively at highest levels of the organization. Ability to travel required
