. is looking for energetic students interested in learning and working in a fast paced and dynamic company with nationwide career opportunities. This person will intern in one of our San Fernando Valley facilities on our nationwide medical claims processing system that currently supports over 18 million health plan members.

We have several Business Systems Analyst/Internship
positions available to Information Technology students who:
- Solve a business problems by performing root cause analysis to determine corrective action
- Can take a business problem, perform root cause analysis and help determine corrective action
- Design efficient technology solutions
- Can take a business need and help design an efficient technology solution
- Communicate effectively with business owners to bridge the gap between user language and computer language
- Can communicate with business owners and bridge the gap between user language and computer language
- Translate business requirements for the development team to ensure the deliverable meets the business need.
- Can translate business requirements to the development team to ensure the end product meets the business needs
- Document and execute test cases to validate quality of completed projects.

- Produce user and technical documentation
- Can produce user and technical documentation

Skills:
This person also must:- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment in a project team environment or on an individual basis- Be self motivated- Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills- Possess strong written and oral communication skills- Be highly proficient on the PC with advanced use of Microsoft applications- Be familiar with Project Management methodologies- Ideal candidate has understanding of both business and IT issues in a corporate environment- Has ability to commute to one of our San Fernando Valley offices during the week- Be currently enrolled in a program of study at an accredited college or university
