Position may be located either in Mason, OH or Indianapolis, IN. Responsible for serving as the liaison between the business and IT in translating complex business needs into detailed business technical and/or application software requirements. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Process development, writing and executing test cases, analyzes complex end user needs to determine optimal means of meeting those needs. Determines specific business application software or business technical requirements to address complex business needs. Facilitates process mapping and use-case development that is transformed into business requirements with business experts. Develops project plans and identifies and coordinates resources, involving those outside the unit. Works with programming staff to ensure requirements will be incorporated into system design and testing. May lead testing resources and user acceptance testing activities. May provide direction and guidance to team members and serves as an expert for the team.

Skills:
Requires a BS/BA degree, 2- 5 years of business analysis experience that includes knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations; or any combination of education and experienced, which would provide an equivalent background. Order fulfillment or claims experience is preferred. Pharmacy fulfillment / care management experience is a plus. Must have an excellent understanding of databases and ability to complete data maps between multiple systems. Must be the liaison between the business and multiple software vendors and IT. Must be able to formulate possible scenarios between multiple environments that will need to be tested. Must track all business tasks including the update of SOPs and training as well as coordinating releases with operations.
