Job responsibilities include:

Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
Posts invoices into Oracle.
Research vendor statements, phone calls and discrepancies.
Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
Assists with month end closing.
Files invoices and maintains records.
Generates accounts payable checks and checks for accuracy prior to mailing.
Open and distributes mail at the work location.
Performs general clerical duties, such as copying, scanning, mailing checks, etc.

Good written and verbal communication skills
10-key by touch
Good with basic math
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to solve problems and prioritize work
Ability to work independently
Excellent attendance and punctuality

Experience Required:

5+ years of accounts payable, accounts receivable or general accounting experience is required
Oracle experience preferred
