Recovery Specialist (Student Loan Collector)
As a Recovery Specialist you will work for a leading government contractor helping individuals resolve past due student loans and set up payments over the phone. At West Asset Management you’ll interact with other business professionals on a daily basis, and there are no scripts offering you the chance to grow your professional communication skills valuable in today’s workplace. If you’re confident, persistent, and goal-driven and possess exceptional problem solving abilities, we want to talk with you today!

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum six months customer service, call center and/or sales experience preferred
- May be required to undergo and pass applicable drug and background checks
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (skill may or may not be required dependent upon position that is open)
- Work assigned flex shift as requested to maximize recovery efforts
- Basic knowledge of FDCPA preferred
- Basic Computer knowledge required.
