The Division
Director
is responsible for leading and managing an assigned area of responsibility within the overall Sales Operations function.
This is a highly visible and complex role, since the candidate will be required to support and work with company leaders across the organization. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, assist in developing policy and overall goals, is extremely well organized, detail-oriented and quality-minded and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate through a business consulting approach, working closely with diverse employee groups including Sales Operations Management, Sales Center & Business Unit management, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics to deliver timely, accurate and impactful sales information and proposed improvements within the Sales Operations area.
* Delivers Dollar Sales & EBITDA forecast.
* Achieve sales results/goals by recruiting, training, motivating and coaching a team of Sales Center Mangers.
* Participate in informed policy development and strategic planning activities to ensure that current trends and issues facing individual regions are addressed.
* Demonstrated ability to work with outcome data to measure/monitor utilization and trend management and to improve processes as applicable.
* Advance the use of innovative and improved business methods and program enhancements to ensure continuing improvement of results.
* Develop and manage business unit budget to ensure adherence to financial parameters.
* Develop territory and account strategies to attain and surpass quota consistently.
* Accurately forecast monthly sales projections for new/existing business.
* Maintain company values and demands the highest standards of conduct from self and others.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Strong DSD Experience.
* 5 years in multi-site management experience in the retail, service, hospitality industry or related field.
* Ability to manage projects with multiple tracks as a high-energy leader.
* 5 years successful experience in sales with a consistently proven track record of exceeding quota expectation in a business-to-business environment.
* Prior P&L responsibility and history of sales and profit growth year over year.
* Demonstrated experience in the areas of sales, operations, facilities and finance.
