Job Responsibilities: * Use relevant information to uncover meaningful behavioral relationships * Discover, analyze and quantify trends and correlations * Run statistical analysis on multiple variables * Create reports for management as needed * Make strategic recommendations backed up by quantifiable data * Track, monitor, and report on new initiatives

Job Requirements (candidates should have ALL of the below):

* Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, or other very quantitative, mathematical field from a Top 25 Four-year institution * Advanced knowledge of quantitative analysis using Microsoft Excel * Advanced skills writing SQL queries/reporting * Experience in an entrepreneurial/startup environment * Advanced Experience with statistical reporting, modeling and quantitative analysis (sampling, multiple regressions, etc.) including use of statistical tools (R, SPSS, Minitab, etc.) * Knowledge of internet related business metrics including SEM/SEO/CPC/CPA, etc. * Deep Experience with Web Analytics Software such as Google Analytics, Omniture, etc. * Experience designing, managing, or using Business Intelligence/Reporting tools - Experience with Microsoft's BI tools--SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, etc. - 3-10 years experience in a BI or analytics focused role for an ecommerce company - Experience with SQL database design, data warehousing, or administration - Knowledge of MDX and its value to quantitative analysis - MBA from a top school is a plus...No relocations please!
