This is what we are looking for, Oracle CC&B ( customer care and billing) developer, Java Developer (not cobol), code modifications, good communication skills, not just a heads down coder, a higher level person, someone who can explain things to the team.

This is a technical position, not functional.
A consultant in this position operate with considerable independence, and lead teams or projects and mentors less experienced programmers. Work at this level involves the most complex programming
and projects. Experience developing Oracle/SPL Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) with a background in Municipal Water/Sewer Utilities industry.

Duties include evaluation of requirements, design and development of software specifications, code implementation, and unit/system testing. Ensure conformance to software configuration management and software quality assurance best practices. Participate in resolution of all problems, software bugs, issues, concerns, and questions. Provide documentation and client technical training as required.
The candidate must have at least 2 years of Oracle's customer care and billing module.
